    深夜作品--黄油曲奇

    材料:

    低筋面粉200g,黄油130g,白砂糖20g,糖粉(白砂糖打碎)40g,鸡蛋50g,香草豆荚

    做法:

    1 黄油切成小块软化,用电动打蛋器打发。中途加入糖和糖粉,充分打发。

    2 分次加入鸡蛋液,每次都充分混匀后再加下一次。
    3 筛入低粉和香草籽,搅拌均匀。
    一半上面放了蓝莓。有点傻。


    有个料不够了。小了一圈 咔咔
    再贴一张蓝莓蛋挞


    蛋挞又失败了。没有放糖@_@
